Why have you chosen the childcare field as your career?
I have chosen this career because my entire life has been a stepping stone to lead me here. Every experience in my life has shaped the course for me to be so passionate about creating a safe, encouraging, exciting and nourishing environment for children. This field really chose me, before I could even realize this is my bliss.
How long have you been the childcare field?
I have been in childcare for 3 years now and in child education for 10 years. I am so passionate about this field that I am currently working on my Master’s degree in early childhood education.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that children are capable, intelligent, bright and they are capable of accomplishing anything they set their minds to. So my teaching philosophy is to encourage children and help them reach their potential without limitations. I believe that every child should be supported and encouraged to be their individual self and grow physically, emotionally and intellectually with love and compassion.

Why have you chosen childcare as your career?
I have chosen childcare because I have wanted to work with children my whole life. I truly believe the people that children come in contact with when they’re younger impact their life the most and I want to be somebody that makes a difference and puts them first.
How long have you worked in the childcare field?
I have been in the childcare field for 1 year.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that we learn through hands on activities and learn faster when we learn about what we’re interested in. You can connect any subject to something children are interested in and that is what I implement in the classroom.

Why have you chosen childcare as your career?
I have chosen childcare as my career because I love to work with children. Working with infants has been the best experience. I feel special every time they smile or touch me with their lovely little hands.
How long have you been in the childcare field?
I have worked for 10 years in the childcare field.
What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is to treat each child as an individual with unique strengths and weaknesses. I feel that all children deserve to have the highest quality of care along with education. I believe that children learn to be independent at an early age by exploring in a safe environment. In the infant room I feel they learn through sound and sight so that is why I sing to them, which I enjoy doing. Why have you chosen childcare as your career?
My experience with children started in 2012 with running my own home daycare. I was able to grow my experience with all ages starting from newborn to toddlers. I also have raised my four beautiful children. Having a career in childcare allows me to share my knowledge and experiences. I enjoy watching each child’s personality blossom and I love having a chance to be a part of their growth.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe that all children are unique and can bring something special to their education. I empower children to express and love themselves from any age. My approach to education is to be positive and appreciate every child for they are.

I have chosen childcare as my career because I love to work with kids and I love to learn how they develop as they grow.
How long have you worked in the childcare field?
This is my first job in childcare and I have been here for a year.
What do you enjoy best about your job?
I believe children learn by using their five senses, so if we incorporate this in their environment we are exposing them to different ways of learning which helps them grow. I also feel having someone there to comfort them and to feel like they have someone there to go to helps them feel secure which leads to them wanting to learn more.

I come from a large family and have always been the one to watch over my sibling, so I always knew I wanted to have a career that involved children.

I feel children learn through play and as long as we provide them with the proper environment they will learn.

Why have you chosen the childcare field as your career?
The childcare field is filled with fun experiences, laughter, and I get to be a part of molding our future! It’s a rewarding career and every day is an adventure.

I have been in the childcare field for about a year now and I am going to school to be an elementary school teacher.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe in an early childhood program that provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow physically, socially, emotionally, as well as promote language and cognitive development.
